1. Scope of delivery

Nationwide. Entwine delivers nationwide through the Shopee® e-commerce platform

Market supported. Entwine does not deliver outside of supported markets, refer to supported markets for delivery in theentwine.com

Shopee delivery®. In the Vietnamese market, we currently only support delivery via channels supported by Shopee® and depends entirely on the scope granted.

2. Delivery time

Depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer:

-          Fast.Delivery methodYou will receive the product within 1 - 4 days.

-          Save.Delivery methodYou will receive the product within 2 - 6 days.

Delivery time begins after your order is successfully confirmed through the Shopee® system.

 Each order is only delivered to 1 address.

3. Choose a shipping method

On the e-commerce site:

Step 1:Select the product to buy

Step 2: Select Get now or Buy now

*In this step, you will be taken to Shopee®'s e-commerce platform and straight to the product you selected in step 1 in Entwine's official channel.

On the Shopee® site or app

Step 1:Select the product to buy and the product features you want to buy

Step 2:SelectShipping method desire.

Step 3:ApplyDiscount code,

Step 4: select Payment methods 

Step 5: Xevil acceptOrder.

Note:The above ordering steps are provided by Shopee and are subject to change without notice. Customers need to be careful when paying. If there is a payment problem, please contact Shopee or Entwine's customer care channel for support.

4. Cancel order

The order will be canceled after 02 times the delivery staff cannot contact the customer.
